After the selected cleaning time (180s-280s-380s-480s-90s), the product automatically stops. For another cleaning cycle, just repeat above process. (However, we recommend that you wait at least 5 minutes between cleaning processes) 5. After the cleaning has been finished, Please turn off the unit and unplug the unit. Open the lid and remove the cleaned object from the device. Three cleaning methods (in different situations) 1．General Cleaning Use just simple water for general cleaning (the water should cover the item but not exceed the Max mark) 2．Enhanced Cleaning For special cleaning, add a few drops of cleaning liquid to enhance cleaning. 3．Partial Cleaning To clean parts of large items, the device can be used with the lid open, as shown in the picture.

HOW TO OPERATE THE MODEL:SU-671 YOGURT MAKER AND GREEK YOGURT 1. Plug in the yogurt maker. The display and the indication light will be on, and P-1 will be flashing on the display. 2. If you do nothing in 2 seconds, it will return to normal mode. l Under program P-7, Press this button one time, you can set your ideal temperature by Up/down button, Press twice, you can chose your ideal time by up/down button. After selection, press power button to start working. l It will come back to normal status if press the button three times RECEIPT FOR PLAIN YOGURT Yogurt culture as starter: 1.Milk: 1000ml 2.Yogurt culture: 1g Fresh yogurt as starter: 1.Milk: 900ml 2.Fresh yogurt: 100ml HOW TO MAKE PLAIN YOGURT 1.You need the yogurt container and a whisk. Note: please ensure all that has been clean thoroughly. And keep it dry. Prepare around 900ml milk + 100ml fresh yogurt(or 1000ml milk + 1g yogurt culture). Let them stirring well in yogurt container and cover it. Place the container into the yogurt maker, and place the lid. Tips: if you are using unpasteurized milk, you must boil it in advance in order to kill germs and bacteria, and cool down. UHT milk does not have to be boiled.
